Baby Ben – Sweet Pickle Pictures – Manhattan KS Newborn Photographer

Baby Ben was the first newborn client to be photographed in my new studio space! When I sent my newborn questionnaire out before our session, his family responded back that they liked images with a more lifestyle or natural feel to them. While lifestyle shots are something I love and relied on when shooting newborns in their own home, I have to admit it had me worried at first as to how we could make those images happen in studio. It definitely forced me to think outside the box a little bit and in the end, I was really thankful it did! The outcome was a unique mixture of studio and candid shots that I LOVE. We even managed to step outdoors for a few family photos of the newly acquainted family of five. The sun was a little bright, but we made the best of it.
